We understand that things change! If you have already created a returns label and need to add or remove items to be returned, our Customer Experience Team to help.
Online Returns:
If you have created an RMA using our online returns form and would like to remove an item, please contact us so that we can amend this for you.
To return an additional item, you can include it in the same return parcel. Please notify us to expect your return for a smooth refund process. Alternatively, you can generate a separate RMA for the additional item here, include it in the package, and we'll handle it upon arrival.
Happy Returns:
If you have generated a QR code for your return using Happy Returns, and would like to remove an item, you just need to drop off the items that you would like to return.
If you would like to add an item to your Happy Return, you will need to generate a new QR code for the additional items here. Please ensure that both QR codes are scanned, to ensure that you are refunded for all of the items you are returning.
