There are 2 ways you can return your order, using free Happy Returns or Returning via Mail. We charge a low Returns Label fee of $7.95 for mail returns which is automatically deducted from the amount owed to you for the item/s returned from your order.
Returning Free via Happy Returns
1. Start your return by visiting the Happy Returns website here.
2. Enter your Order Number and Zip Code and click Start your return.
3. Select your items, and confirm your return.
4. You will receive an email with a QR code.
5. Take your items, along with your QR Code to your nearest Happy Returns location, no boxes needed!
6. Your refund is initiated immediately and you will be emailed a confirmation on the spot.

Returning via Mail (For Customers in US contiguous locations)
2. Input your Order Number and the email address you used to make your purchase.
3. Select the items and the reason you wish to return them.
4. Once confirmed you will receive an email with your packing slip and label.
5. Pack your returns in suitable packaging with your packing slip included, affix the label to your parcel.
6. Find your closest UPS drop off location
7. Once your return has been delivered back to us, you will receive a credit memo notice via email that your return is completed. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of reaching our warehouse with the $7.95 returns label fee deducted.
Returning via Mail (For Customers in non-contiguous locations*)
2. Input your Order Number and the email address you used to make your purchase.
3. Select the items and the reason you wish to return them.
4. Once confirmed you will receive an email with your packing slip.
5. Pack your returns in suitable packaging with your packing slip included.
6. Take your return to your preferred choice of courier and post the items to;

7. Once your return has been delivered back to us, you will receive a credit memo notice via email that your return is completed. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of reaching our warehouse. Please note customers from these regions are liable for the cost of returns. We recommend using a trackable service.
* Non-contiguous locations include but are not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and all APO & FPO locations.
