If your Gift Card is not applying online, there may be a couple of reasons why;
The Gift Card is not yet active - our Digital Gift Cards take 24 hours to activate, please check when your Gift Card was sent.
The Gift Card has already been applied to your shopping cart - to check this, click through to proceed to checkout and the value should already be applied to your cart.
The Pin Code has been incorrectly entered 3 times or more. If this happens, the card number will be locked for 24 hours and we are unable to override this (you will be able to use your card after the 24 hour period has passed).
