There may be a number of reasons why your payment has declined. Some common reasons are:
- Billing details are incorrect or outdated
- Order value exceeds available funds
- Your institution has blocked the transaction
In order to ensure your details are safe and secure, after three payment declines you will not be able to place an order for 24 hours. This is just in case someone is trying to use your details, we take your privacy very seriously!
