All orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These charges are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Canada Post is now requiring COD consignees to go pick up their packages at the closest depot and will notify you when it is available for pickup.
The COD charge related to your delivery is imposed by the Canada Post for the service of collecting duties and taxes on behalf of the Canadian government. This is typically a $15 fee that is additional to the duties and taxes charged by customs.
If you refuse delivery of your order it will be returned to us. Please note it may take several weeks for us to receive the package. It is only upon the delivery of the order back to us that we can process a refund. Our Customer Experience Team will contact you when it arrives.
