If your Gift Card is not applying online, there may be a couple of reasons why.
Double-check when your Gift Card was sent. Our Digital Gift Cards take 24 hours to activate so if it's applied prior to this, the Gift Card number will not be valid and you'll be asked to verify the information.
If you have already applied the Gift Card, continue shopping and then go back to apply the Gift Card again, you will receive a message to say that it's not valid. Don't panic! This just means you already have added the funds to the online order and can proceed through the checkout. If you decide to not checkout, the funds will clear back to the card in 24 hours.
Your Gift Card may also not work if the wrong pin is entered more than 3 times. If this happens, the card number will be locked for 24 hours and we are unable to override this.
